At Banks Pointe Owners' Association, Inc., we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
The Banks Pointe Owners’ Association is an upscale community of large, attractive, well designed single family homes on large lots. Located southeast of Raleigh Banks Pointe is convenient to downtown Raleigh with the city’s shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
The community pool which includes a “kiddie pool” as well as the large main pool is available from late May thru Labor Day is available for residents and their guests.
